The Legacy Link, Inc. is designated by the Georgia Department of Human Resources as the Area Agency on Aging (AAA) for the 13 county region including Banks, Dawson, Forsyth, Franklin, Habersham, Hall, Hart, Lumpkin, Rabun, Stephens, Towns, Union and White counties. The AAA is responsible for advocacy for seniors, planning, administration of programs, coordination and monitoring services in the area.

The Senior Mental Health Inpatient Program is a comprehensive, psychiatrist-supervised service for older adults who are suffering from emotional problems.
